Dainik Bhaskar IPO is under proposal and the issue is likely to hit in the month of February 2008, and they will be filing the DRHP with SEBI soon. Market sources have said that the Dainik IPO will raise around Rs 1000 crore and could be the next big media company going for funds raising via IPO route. Sources also quote that, Dainik Bhaskar IPO is close to come and they are preparing to file the DRHP with SEBI in the coming days . Dainik Bhaskar IPO news had made a positive note for the other Media stocks and in the last couple of sessions, stocks like Deccan chronicle and HT Media moved up. MCX IPO (Multi Commodity Exchange) IPO can be expected this time, as the exchange plans to go for investment via IPO route this time.MCX promoted by Financial Technologies Ltd has previously planned for the IPO but later dropped its plans in 2006. Now with the Govt all set to come with guidelines of FDI in commodity exchanges, the exchange is all set to go for IPO. MCX submitted DRHP for its IPO with SEBI in March 2006 for an issue size of 50 lakh shares and received the approval from SEBI in June 2006. JSW Energy IPO is currently under the planning stage and the issue would start subscription before the next financial year. JSW Energy is part of the JSW Group which plans to raise around an expected amount of Rs. 30 to Rs 50 billion and plans to hit the markets before April 2008. Precision Pipes IPO will be open for subscription on 17th December and the company plans to raise around 75 crore through the IPO. Ajay Kumar Jain the Managing Director of Precision Pipes speaking to the media said that the IPO will help them to meet the growing demand in the automotive and PDC business. The company is engaged in the manufacturing of Auto components and PDC pipes with positive growth in the last 3 years with margins around 25 per cent. Maruthi, Toyota and Honda are the major clients of the company and majority of the business comes from Maruthi. The number of shares to be offered through the Precision Pipes IPO is low and the price band at which the IPO would be issued is Rs. 140 to Rs 150.
