MCX IPO : MCX IPO Subscription can be expected soon

MCX IPO (Multi Commodity Exchange) IPO can be expected this time, as the exchange plans to go for investment via IPO route this time.MCX promoted by Financial Technologies Ltd has previously planned for the IPO but later dropped its plans in 2006. Now with the Govt all set to come with guidelines of FDI in commodity exchanges, the exchange is all set to go for IPO. MCX submitted DRHP for its IPO with SEBI in March 2006 for an issue size of 50 lakh shares and received the approval from SEBI in June 2006.
