Kolte Patil IPO opens for subscription on Nov 19th

Kolte Patil Developers Limited IPO is all set to hit the Indian Stock Markets with an offer of 18,812,709 equity shares of Rs. 10 each with a price band of Rs. 125 to Rs. 145 per share. Subscription of the issue starts on 19th November, 2007. Kolte Patil Devlopers is a well known construction company which have successfully completed majority of their ventures in Bangalore and Pune cities. The company has been started in 1991 and is growing steadily, with the financial results for the last quarter standing at Rs. 337 million. Funds raised from the offer will be utilised for the expansion plans of the company. Subscription of the Kolte IPO closes on November 22nd, 2007 .
