Kaushalya Infra IPO starts on 20th November

Kaushalya Infra IPO will open for subscription from the 20th of November 2007 and will issue 85,00,000 shares at  a price band of Rs. 50 to Rs. 60. Company will utilise the funds raised from the IPO for purchase of Capital Equipments, acquisition of land and development and to invest in Bot projects. The company is mainly present in the Eastern parts of India and is well managed with PAT growing over 45% year on year basis. Kaushalya Infrastructure IPO will close for subscription on 23rd November 2007. BRLM to the Kaushalya Infrastructure IPO is SREI Capital Markets Limited and the Registrar to the Kaushalya Infra IPO is Intime Spectrum Registry Private Limited.
