Kamayani Patients IPO gets CARE IPO Grade 1 Rating

Kamayani Patients Care IPO been awarded ‘CARE IPO Grade 1′ by the credit rating agency CARE for its proposes Initial Public offer of 10.3 million equity shares.
CARE Rating to the Kamayani Patients IPO indicates poor fundamentals of the offer, for which the company has filed its DRHP with the market regulator SEBI.
Kamayani Patients Care (India) (KPCIL) was incorporated in 1991 and currently operates an 130 bed multi super-specialty hospital by the name of Kamayani Hospital in Agra and is promoted by Dr. Munishwar Gupta and his wife Nidhi Gupta.
