eClerx Services IPO Subscription

eClerx Services IPO subscription will hit the markets with an offer of around 101 crore offering 32 lakh equity shares to the public of Rs. 10 each at a premium of Rs.270 to Rs.315. Eclerx IPO subscription begins on the 4th of December 2007. Eclerx is a KPO (Knowledge process outsourcing) firm which employs more than 1000 people and has development centres in Mumbai with turnover of Rs.87 crore for the March,2007. Eclerx Services plans to use the proceeds raised from the IPO for setting up new development centres and for new acquisitions. eClerx IPO subscription closes on the 7th of December 2007 and the BRLM to the issue are JM Financials and Edelweiss.
